The role requires a strong construction leader capable of managing large-scale residential projects from mobilization through successful handover. Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle execution including planning, construction, and handover phases.

• Manage project budget, schedule, resources, and risk to ensure timely delivery.

• Oversee contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

• Coordinate with client representatives and senior stakeholders.

• Drive project performance, reporting, and progress monitoring.

• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with luxury residential standards.
