- eMagine Solutions is partnering with a leading multinational, multi-billion dollar organisation in the Oil & Gas sector as they scale up their Dubai operations.
- We’re hiring a QHSE Supervisor to drive best-in-class Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across multiple sites and contractor activities, while playing a key role in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification.
- What you’ll be doing
- HSE supervision & site monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor all HSE aspects of contractor activities
- Ensure full compliance with contractual HSE requirements and internal group standards
- Verify employee adherence to HSE policies and procedures
- Identify risks and non-compliances, implement corrective actions, and follow through to closure
- HSE awareness & training
- Plan and lead HSE awareness days, initiatives and campaigns
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and training sessions
- Embed a proactive, “ownership-led” safety culture across all levels
- Occupational health management
- Manage follow-up and compliance for mandatory medical examinations
- Maintain accurate records for health checks and fitness certifications
- Coordinate with medical providers where required
- Risk communication & prevention
- Build and run communication campaigns on workplace risks and prevention
- Create engaging awareness materials and continuously improve effectiveness
Digital & AI integration
- Use digital and AI tools to enhance HSE communication, reporting and efficiency
- Improve data analysis, messaging and training delivery through innovative solutions
- Reporting & performance monitoring
- Track and analyse QHSE KPIs and statistics for the Dubai subsidiary
- Produce dashboards, reports and recommendations for management
- Support continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
- ISO certification & management systems
- Lead implementation and certification for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Develop, implement and maintain integrated management systems aligned to ISO standards
- Conduct internal audits and gap analyses; ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies
- Drive continuous improvement to maintain certification and ongoing compliance
- What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in a QHSE role (ideally construction, industrial, or contracting environments)
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and certification processes
- Experience leading or supporting ISO audits/certification is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with strong training and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- Strong reporting capability and comfort with data analysis tools
- Interest/experience using AI or digital tools is a plus
