Job Description
To ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems across all facility management operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
****1. Health & Safety Management****
- Implement and monitor occupational health & safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., UAE OSHAD / municipality guidelines).
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for staff and subcontractors.

- Quality Management****
- Support implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Monitor service delivery standards across facility operations (cleaning, maintenance, MEP, etc.).
- Handle client complaints and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure continuous improvement.

- Environmental Management****
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Monitor waste management, energy usage, and environmental impact.
- Promote eco-friendly initiatives within facilities.
****4. Compliance & Documentation****
- Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Prepare reports for management and clients.
- Assist during external audits and certifications.
****5. Training & Awareness****
- Conduct QHSE induction training for new employees.
- Organize emergency drills (fire, evacuation, etc.).
- Promote a strong safety culture across all teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory or preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in facility management.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
