Role overview

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project quality-control procedures and inspection plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs; inspect work against approved requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests, checklists, QC documentation, and inspection records.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Inspect received materials against approved specifications and coordinate corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Prepare and follow up on NCRs, observations, and corrective-action reports; monitor site workmanship.
• Ensure testing and inspection follow approved ITPs; participate in quality meetings and report on quality.
• Assist with internal and external audits and coordinate resolution of quality issues to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant QC/QA experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Gulf/GCC experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, inspections, and NCR management.
• Experience working with consultants and clients on project inspections.
• Knowledge of project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards; strong documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work on site in Abu Dhabi.

Preferred qualifications

• UAE project experience is preferred.
• Relevant QA/QC certification is an advantage.
• Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Pay

• AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
