ELV Supervisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and ensure work follows approved drawings and project specifications.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, intercom, SMATV, and other low-current systems.
• Coordinate project execution with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements, HSE procedures, and applicable site requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and site issues.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection records, testing documents, and other project documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices and proper housekeeping at site.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI or a relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant ELV experience; UAE experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA/PAVA, intercom, and related ELV systems.
• Ability to read ELV drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Troubleshooting, team supervision, communication, and coordination skills.
• Previous ELV Supervisor or Senior ELV Technician experience is preferred.
• ADNOC/Oil & Gas project experience is an advantage.
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000–4,500 per month.

Workplace

• Work is in person.
