Overview
- Manage and maintain the QAQC document management system including ITPs, NCRs, submittals, and audit records.
- Ensure all QAQC documents are numbered, distributed, stored, and archived in accordance with project procedures.
- Prepare and issue transmittals for QAQC documentation to clients and consultants.
- Track submittal and approval statuses and provide regular reports to the QAQC team.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with ISO 9001 documentation requirements.
