Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer with a strong background in facade systems and aluminium fabrication.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience working with facade subcontractors and possess expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop shop drawings and fabrication drawings for facade and aluminium systems.
Generate accurate cutting lists and material take-offs for production.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and contract documents.
Ensure drawings are prepared in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.
Coordinate revisions and updates based on site conditions and consultant comments.
