About This Role
Develop and deliver engaging training programs on QA/QC methodologies, ensuring practical application through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback analysis, and performance metrics, proactively adjusting content and delivery for optimal learning outcomes.
Teach specialized procedures like Inspection Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
Ensure all training aligns with industry standards such as ISO
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in quality assurance and control, incorporating them into training materials.
Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation, including manuals, guides, and visual aids, to serve as valuable resources for trainees.
