Overview
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on QA/QC methodologies, ensuring practical application through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback analysis, and performance metrics, proactively adjusting content and delivery for optimal learning outcomes.
- Teach specialized procedures like Inspection Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Ensure all training aligns with industry standards such as ISO
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in quality assurance and control, incorporating them into training materials.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation, including manuals, guides, and visual aids, to serve as valuable resources for trainees.
