Overview
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems tailored to project-specific needs, ensuring alignment with local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly to mitigate risks effectively.
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops for all project personnel, fostering a culture of safety awareness and compliance across the workforce.
- Must have expert working knowledge in oil and gas construction including process areas.
- Oversee subcontractor HSE prequalification, selection, onboarding requirements, performance monitoring and audits.
- Advise GCC/Subcontractor staff and management on ways to fulfill the HSE requirements in the Contract HSE Procedures.
- Monitor and report Project HSE performance including leading (proactive) and lagging indicators.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution, enhancing overall project performance.
