- Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, piping) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, codes, and standards.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
- Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and welding quality to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
- Monitor and control quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, material certificates, and welding records.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality-related matters to project teams and contractors.
