A leading Tier 1 interior fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team. The business specialises in delivering high-end hospitality, retail and ultra-luxury residential projects , and is recognised for exceptional finishes, premium clients, and consistently high delivery standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project quality control systems across multiple sites

• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions to ensure compliance

• Conduct inspections of works, materials and finishes throughout project stages

• Oversee ITPs, method statements and material approvals

• Liaise with consultants, clients and site teams on quality standards

• Manage NCR processes and corrective actions

• Ensure snag-free handovers aligned with client expectations

• Maintain compliance with local regulations, international standards and internal QA procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager within interior fit-out contractors

• Strong technical knowledge of finishes, joinery, and high-spec fit-out works

• Experience delivering hospitality, retail or luxury residential projects

• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems

• Strong reporting, inspection and documentation skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
