Sanat Yapı is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control across construction and operational projects.
The role ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company procedures while leading the QA/QC team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, codes, and standards.
- Lead inspections, testing, and quality audits across all project phases.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding quality issues.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Manage QA/QC documentation, reports, NCRs, and quality records.
- Supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors and ensure proper execution of quality plans.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet required specifications.
- Support continuous improvement and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and project specifications.
- Experience with mega projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
- Pay is SAR 6,869.77–34,484.65 per month.
