Role overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 12 years in construction, infrastructure, or major development projects, including at least 5 years in interface management, multidisciplinary coordination, or design-construction integration.
• Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, MEP, Utilities, ICT, ELV, and infrastructure interfaces.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication, technical reporting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications and experience

• Airport, mega-infrastructure, or large-scale construction experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with airport construction standards and Saudi regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration are preferred, where applicable.

Systems and interface skills

• Develop and maintain Interface Management Plans, Interface Registers, Interface Matrices, and Interface Control Documents.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM/Navisworks, and project document management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interface management and coordinate engineering disciplines and construction packages.
• Manage interface documentation and resolve technical conflicts, interface issues, and construction dependencies.
• Coordinate project parties to support successful project delivery.

Pay

• Pay is stated as SAR 20,000–29,000 per month.
