QA QC Manager - Civil
About This Role
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures specifically tailored for civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship, proactively identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
Manage and oversee a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective quality control practices.
Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and identifying any potential discrepancies.
Must have experience in High rise building and Villas.
