QA QC Engineer

About This Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.

· Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contract specifications, and client quality requirements.

· Conduct inspections of materials, ongoing works, and completed activities to verify conformity with approved standards.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.

· Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality procedures and approved methodologies.

· Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents prior to execution.

· Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

· Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and documentation.

· Ensure calibration and proper usage of testing and measuring equipment.

· Liaise with third-party laboratories for testing and certification of materials.

· Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) where applicable.

Accountability

· Accountable for ensuring all work meets project quality standards and contractual requirements.

· Responsible for identifying and reporting quality deviations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

· Accountable for maintaining accurate and complete quality documentation and records.

· Responsible for minimizing rework, defects, and quality-related delays.

· Accountable for ensuring inspections and approvals are completed in a timely manner.

· Responsible for supporting project delivery within defined quality benchmarks and client satisfaction.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
