- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures specifically tailored for civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship, proactively identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
- Manage and oversee a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective quality control practices.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and identifying any potential discrepancies.
- Must have experience in High rise building and Villas.
