QA/QC Manager

Qualifications and experience
- 10–15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience coordinating inspections, internal audits, quality audits, and project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills, including the ability to lead QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
Quality management duties
- Establish, implement, and monitor project QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with approved project requirements.
- Coordinate quality activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Produce technical documentation and reporting.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
