QA/QC Inspector ( Emirati Future Leader)

Job Purpose

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• **Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for construction and landscape projects.**
• **Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.**
• **Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve potential quality issues.**
• **Collaborate with design and engineering teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.**
• **Perform on-site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with project specifications.**
• **Conduct regular checks on construction and landscaping activities to ensure they align with approved plans and quality standards.**
• **Identify and document non-conformities, and work with the project team to implement corrective and preventive actions.**
• **Manage and maintain documentation of quality control activities, including reports, test results, and inspection records.**
• **Coordinate and conduct material testing as per project requirements.**
• **Maintain accurate records of all test results and inspections.**
• **Prepare comprehensive quality control reports for management and project stakeholders.**
• **Ensure that all relevant documentation is properly organized and accessible for audits and reviews.**
• **Provide training to project personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.**
• **Communicate quality expectations to subcontractors and suppliers and ensure their compliance with established standards.**
• **Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the project team.**
• **Stay informed about relevant construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices.**
• **Ensure that all construction and landscape activities comply with applicable safety and environmental regulations.**
• Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities:
• In addition to all job-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Basatin health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations.
• All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc.
• Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures, and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.
• Information Security responsibilities:
• Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
• Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
• Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
• Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
• Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
• Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
• Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
