QA/QC Inspector – Construction

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections for construction activities.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Verify material deliveries, storage, and usage against project requirements.
• Witness inspections and tests as required by ITPs.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors.
• Identify non-conforming work and report issues to the QA/QC Engineer; assist in raising and closing NCRs.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
• Support the QA/QC Engineer in implementing the Quality Management System.

Candidate requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of QA/QC inspection experience in UAE construction projects; the title describes the UAE experience as preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with ITPs, method statements, and inspection procedures.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or MEP projects, as applicable.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills; ability to work independently on site.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Location is UAE (Abu Dhabi/Al-Ain).
• Work location is in person.
