The QA/QC Inspector oversees quality processes, conducts inspections, and implements assurance procedures to improve quality and operational efficiency.
The role covers civil, mechanical, or electrical work.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures and standards; inspect for compliance with internal and external standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation; perform routine and non-routine inspections.
- Monitor processes and equipment; identify defects or deviations and coordinate resolution.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and inspection results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies; update procedures as standards change.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning; recommend and implement process and system improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of QA/QC experience in the UAE.
- Construction industry experience and strong knowledge of ADNOC procedures and policies are preferred.
- Previous experience on infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies; proficiency with quality inspection tools and software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
