QA/QC Inspection Engineer

Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• Degree or higher qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Inspection and quality duties

• Verify compliance with purchase orders, client specifications, datasheets, and applicable international standards.
• Review manufacturer test certificates, material traceability, and compliance documents.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality documentation for client submission.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate tools and instruments.
• Support procurement by evaluating supplier quality and assisting with supplier audits.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and packing of equipment before dispatch.
• Maintain organized inspection-related documentation and certification records.

Skills

• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical equipment and industry standards.
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and documentation.
• Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications.
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as micrometers, multimeters, and calipers.
• Good written and verbal communication, organization, documentation, and typing skills.

Pay

• AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
