QA/QC Engineer - PODS Specialist

Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements

Monitor PODs construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications.

Perform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.

Review subcontractor / supplier inspections and test plans against the scope of work and specification.

Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on logistics and deliveries.

Assist with resolving minor issues and answering questions from workers.

Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers

Maintain records of testing like concrete, steel …etc, information and various metrics such as number of defective works.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control.

Prepare and submit reports to the quality Representative / Sr. Quality Engineer

Reported to the Sr. Quality Representative.
