QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our project team and support the successful execution of major oil & gas EPC projects in compliance with international quality standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a QA/QC Engineer you will:

• Establish, develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001
• Ensure alignment with international oil & gas quality systems and COMPANY-specific QA/QC requirements
• Guide, direct, and monitor EPC Contractors to ensure project deliverables fully comply with QA/QC standards and project specifications
• Act as Project Lead Auditor, planning and executing all quality assurance audits across project phases
• Ensure retention and traceability of documented evidence related to design, procurement, and construction compliance
• Promote and support a continuous improvement culture throughout the project life cycle
• Regularly assess and evaluate project quality performance and compliance
• Participate in the development and delivery of personnel training programs related to QMS and quality practices
• Maintain day-to-day coordination with divisions, departments, and project teams to ensure effective QMS implementation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of project experience in the oil & gas industry
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role, preferably office-based
• Proven experience supporting design, engineering, procurement, and construction phases of large-scale oil & gas projects

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

Skills and Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvement
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced project environment
