Overview
- We are looking to hire a talented
- QA/QC Engineer - large-scale building
- projects,
- for one of our clients, based in Qatar, Ras Laffan.
- General requirements:
- Have proven experience in large-scale building construction projects, including residential, accommodation, mixed-use, institutional, or similar developments
- Demonstrate successful delivery of projects of comparable scale and complexity
- Have previous experience in Qatar; GCC experience may be considered as an alternative
- Hold relevant academic qualifications in Engineering or related disciplines
- Possess valid MMUP/UPDA registration (preferred for candidates currently in Qatar and mandatory where applicable)
- Be capable of communicating fluently in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Be familiar with QatarEnergy, major clients, consultants, and local authority requirements (preferred)
Requirements
- Implement quality assurance and quality control requirements and support inspection and testing activities
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of QA/QC experience
- Experience in building construction projects
- Familiarity with ITPs, method statements, inspections, material approvals, and quality documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- MMUP/UPDA certification preferred for candidates currently in Qatar
