QA/QC Engineer
About This Role
Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (with HSE Responsibilities)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company Overview:
We are a design consultancy based in Dubai, committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant projects. We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer with strong HSE knowledge to ensure adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, Dubai Building Code, and project requirements
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality and HSE standards
- Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on quality and safety matters
- Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and international best practices
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to QA/QC and HSE activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC within construction or engineering projects
- Proven experience in the UAE with strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality standards
- HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
- Familiarity with Dubai Building Code and local authority requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- QA/QC & Inspection: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- SOE Registration (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Required)
