QA QC Engineer

Overview
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures across infrastructure projects.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate and submit MIRs, WIRs, technical submittals, and material approvals.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction activities including earthworks, utilities, drainage networks, roadworks, and asphalt works.
- Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals.
- Maintain quality records and support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and project-specific quality requirements.
