Junior QC/QA Engineer
supports quality control activities on construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for civil, blockwork, plastering, and fit-out works
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, MS, ITPs, and material submittals
Prepare and close MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and QA/QC reports
Maintain quality records and assist with handover documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2–5 years UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA/QC procedures
Familiar with site inspection and documentation processes
Good English communication and MS Office skills
