Overview
- ***We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a QA/QC Engineer (Abu Dhabi Based)***
- ***Key Responsibilities:***
- *Assist QA/QC Manager in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures*
- *Conduct inspections, arrange material sampling, monitor tests, and maintain inspection records as per project requirements*
- *Ensure all incoming materials comply with project specifications and quality standards*
- *Monitor calibration status of all site equipment and ensure validity of certificates*
- *Raise and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR)*
- *Coordinate with Consultants, Clients, and third-party inspection agencies for quality-related matters*
- *Carry out random site inspections to ensure subcontractors’ compliance with approved quality standards*
- *Maintain QA/QC documentation logs and support project handover documentation*
- *Conduct quality inductions and training for employees and subcontractors at site*
Requirements
- *Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering*
- *Minimum 6-8 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry*
- *Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality requirements*
