Role Description
This full-time, on-site QA/QC Engineer role is based in Abu Dhabi, where you will be responsible for ensuring all project quality standards are met in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality inspections, implementing quality management systems, performing quality assurance and control activities, and leading quality audits.
You will collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality-related concerns while ensuring project deliverables meet specified requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection processes to ensure materials and work meet required standards
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management systems for managing and improving project quality
- Skilled in conducting Quality Audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality issues proactively
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in teams
- Familiarity with construction and real estate industry standards and practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in QA/QC roles, particularly within the construction or real estate sector, is highly desirable
