QA/QC Coordinator
Role Overview
Ensure the effective implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
Review and approve EPC contractor quality plans, ITPs, and procedures.
Monitor inspection, testing, and documentation for compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Conduct surveillance and audits to verify EPC quality performance and adherence to ISO 9001 requirements.
Coordinate NCRs, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
Interface with client representatives for quality-related matters and ensure timely close-out of quality issues.
Support turnover and documentation compilation for mechanical completion.

Experience criteria
- Alternative I: 10 years coordinating QA/QC engineering and construction activities, including at least five years in project quality assurance or control for oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Alternative II: 14 years coordinating QA/QC engineering and construction activities, including at least seven years in project quality assurance or control for oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
Education alternatives
- Alternative I: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Alternative II: Diploma or equivalent with a QA/QC certificate from a recognized agency.
