• Quality Assurance Leadership

• + Lead the QA team to ensure software products meet quality standards and requirements.
• + Establish and implement quality assurance processes, best practices, and strategies.
• + Coordinate all testing activities, including manual and automated testing.
• Test Planning and Management:
• + Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and schedules.
• + Ensure the delivery of high-quality software through comprehensive testing methodologies.
• Team Management:
• + Mentor and guide QA engineers to build a strong, cohesive team.
• + Provide feedback and ensure continuous improvement in testing skills and processes.
• Collaboration:
• + Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• + Facilitate cross-team collaboration to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• + Generate detailed test result reports and analyze testing outcomes.
• + Present quality metrics and improvement plans to upper management and stakeholders.
• ****Job Requirements****
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in quality assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• + Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• + Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, TestComplete, or similar.
• + Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• + Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• + Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• + ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager Certification.
• + Relevant certifications in QA tools or methodologies.
