About the role
The QA Engineer owns the quality of shipped work, combining manual testing with automation.
What you’ll do
- Review requirements and write test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Build and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and APIs.
- Log, track, and follow up on defects until they are fixed.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with developers and product owners to improve quality early in the development cycle.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium automation tools.
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python for test automation.
- API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr and Agile delivery.
- Clear written and spoken English; comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
Nice to have
- Performance testing with JMeter or k6.
- Security testing basics.
- Mobile testing on real devices and device farms.
