Role Details
This is a long-term contract for a QA Analyst supporting laboratory quality assurance, data integrity, and validation of STARLIMS.
The role involves collaboration with chemists, developers, and IT teams to support accurate laboratory data and quality compliance.
The posting seeks candidates with 1–3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Support LIMS implementation, testing, and validation.
- Develop and improve Python scripts for laboratory data operations.
- Review chemistry data packages for EPA/FDA compliance.
- Verify laboratory data accuracy, integrity, and traceability.
- Identify system defects and recommend improvements.
- Validate Excel spreadsheets and review electronic records and audit trails.
- Review laboratory procedures and maintain QA documentation.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of laboratory QA experience in an analytical, environmental, or chemical laboratory.
- Python programming and LIMS/STARLIMS testing or validation experience.
- Knowledge of EPA/FDA regulatory requirements.
- Experience with data validation, system testing, and documentation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Compensation
- The listed pay range is $25–$29 per hour.
