Role overview

Purchasing and supplier management

• Coordinate daily purchasing for kitchen, bar, and restaurant operations.
• Source suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate competitive prices.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.

Order and delivery control

• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to meet purchasing needs.
• Resolve incorrect-order, missing-item, and delivery-delay issues.

Documentation and cost control

• Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Monitor prices and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Support inventory control and stock management.
• Coordinate with accounting on invoices and supplier statements.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience; F&B or hospitality experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and purchasing procedures.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
