Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Specialist located in Riyadh.
The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, handling purchase orders, sourcing and coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
The role also involves negotiating with vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and related documentation
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and optimizing procurement strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or Electronic Engineer
- Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
- Effective communication and negotiation
- Good English language
