Purchase Officer -MEP

Location:** Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure MEP materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor inventory levels and support project material planning.
• Verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase records.
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP procurement within the UAE.
• Good knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and local market rates.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
