Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Sales Coordinator – MEP to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP project coordination, quotation preparation, client communication, and sales support within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare quotations, technical documents, and project reports
- Follow up on inquiries, approvals, and project status updates
- Handle project documentation, LPOs, invoices, and delivery coordination
- Support project sales activities and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for material availability
- Maintain project tracking sheets and update management regularly
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in MEP / Construction industry
- Knowledge of MEP materials and project coordination procedures
- Experience in quotations, tender documents, and client follow-ups
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Job Details
- Location: Ras Al Khor - Dubai, UAE
• Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: Based on experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
