Albarq National General Contracting is looking for a qualified and experienced **Purchase Officer** to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services
✅ Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors
✅ Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
✅ Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
✅ Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material delivery
✅ Monitor inventory levels and support cost-control initiatives
✅ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3**–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience**, preferably in the construction industry
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Knowledge of local suppliers and procurement processes in the UAE
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience
- Purchase officer : 3 years (Required)
