As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven **Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)** to lead the Group’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation.

Job Summary

The Group CFO will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, governance, risk management, treasury, investments, and M&A activities across all subsidiaries.

This role requires a strong strategic leader capable of driving financial excellence, optimizing capital allocation, and supporting sustainable growth across a multi-sector organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group’s overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management across all subsidiaries
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
  • Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and funding strategies
  • Drive capital allocation, investment evaluation, and return on investment optimization
  • Lead mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration
  • Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the Chairman and Board of Directors
  • Oversee external audits, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting integrity
  • Lead financial transformation and digitalization initiatives across the Group
  • Develop and mentor finance teams across multiple business units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA, or CMA) required
  • MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience
  • At least 5 years in a Group CFO / CFO / Finance Director role in a diversified holding company
  • Strong experience in construction, real estate, or multi-sector business groups preferred
  • Strong expertise in IFRS, corporate finance, treasury, risk management, and M&A
  • Proven leadership in strategic financial planning and business transformation
