Purchase Executive – Advertising / Production

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers for inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase order placement
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier communications
• Update purchase, sales, and inventory data in the system accurately
• Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to avoid delays
• Work closely with Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth documentation and order processing

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within Advertising or Production companies

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Advertising / Production materials and processes is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to analyze quotations and pricing structures effectively
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
