Overview
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant with experience in **consumer electronics, lifestyle products, telecom accessories**, or related retail distribution sectors.
The role involves supporting the procurement process by researching vendors, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate new and existing suppliers.
- Request quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Assist in new product listing and ongoing product monitoring.
- Track projects and prepare related reports.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement records using **MS Excel**, **MS Project**, and **Microsoft Dynamics**.
- Coordinate with design and logistics teams for project updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan appropriate delivery schedules.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure products arrive in good condition.
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in **CE, lifestyle, or telecom accessory sectors**.
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel**; familiarity with **MS Project** and **Microsoft Dynamics** is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and procedures.
