Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator** with a passion for digital marketing and online business growth.
The ideal candidate should have at least **1 year of relevant experience** and possess strong skills in content creation, social media management, and e-commerce operations.
This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn, contribute creatively, and support the overall marketing strategy.
Market Research & Coordination
- Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer behaviour
- Support in planning promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments as needed
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports with insights and recommendations
- Support SEO/SEM activities to improve website traffic and visibility
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging content (captions, creatives, basic videos) for social media platforms
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand tone
Website Management
- Assist in updating website content, banners, and landing pages
- Coordinate with developers/designers for improvements and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) are an advantage
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and adaptable personality
- Knowledge of UAE market trends is a plus
