Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Public Sector Specialist to work on a contractor/part-time basis.

This individual will apply their expertise in public policy analysis to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

With no prior experience in AI required, this role focuses on domain knowledge and policy interpretation.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of frontier AI models in the public sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams on research and documentation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze public policy documents, regulatory frameworks, and government-related materials to prepare structured summaries and communicate policy-related findings clearly.
  • Interpret legislation, policies, and compliance requirements across public sector environments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for policy or workflow improvements, collaborating with teams to implement changes.
  • Prepare and maintain policy-related documentation, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and documentation initiatives, ensuring effective communication and policy interpretation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Policy analysis and interpretation skills, with experience in analyzing public policy documents, regulatory frameworks, and government-related materials.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prepare structured summaries and communicate policy-related findings clearly.
  • Regulatory and legislative knowledge, with experience in interpreting legislation, policies, and compliance requirements across public sector environments.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for policy or workflow improvements.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams on research and documentation initiatives.
