Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk, ensuring that agreements are compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with the company's goals.
• Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations, supporting litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring that the company's operations are in line with laws and regulations.
• Support the development of AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Design and implement system solutions to improve business processes and outcomes, leveraging domain expertise and technical knowledge to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and analysis, with a strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality documentation and present complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, with a strong focus on delivering results and managing risk.
• Strong domain knowledge in the finance or technology industries, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
