Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR Specialist to manage the public image of the medical center and build strong relationships with influencers, media representatives, and public figures.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing PR campaigns, coordinating influencer collaborations, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining a positive reputation for the center across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR and communication strategies to strengthen the medical center’s brand image.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, media agencies, and social media personalities.
- Coordinate influencer visits, campaigns, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare press releases, official statements, media kits, and promotional content.
- Manage media inquiries and public communications professionally.
- Organize events, launches, awareness campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to promote services and medical campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify suitable influencers aligned with the center’s image.
- Ensure all marketing and PR activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and company policies.
- Handle reputation management and respond appropriately to public feedback when needed.
- Assist in content planning for social media and branding initiatives.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or media relations.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or medical centers is preferred.
- Strong network with local influencers and media agencies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
