Job Summary

The PRO will be responsible for managing government relations, company licensing, legal documentation, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • The key duties and responsibilities of the Public Relations Officer include, but are not limited to:
  • Government Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, and Chambers of Commerce.
  • Corporate Licensing: Handle the submission, renewal, and amendment of commercial registrations, trade licenses, and Leasing agreement attestation .
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date company legal documents, while staying informed about local labor laws and regulations.
  • Fines & Legal Resolutions: Represent the company in resolving issues, fines, or disputes with government and municipal authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the local market.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
  • Network: Strong existing relationships within local government departments and ministries.
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with online portals such as Tasheel, Amer, Smart Channels, and MOHRE.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Logistics: A valid local driving license is essential.
