Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company and maintain relationships with MHRSD, the Ministry of Commerce, GOSI, the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, and other government entities.
• Process employee documentation, including Muqeem and Qiwa operations, work permits, Iqama renewals, and business, work, exit, and re-entry visas.
• Oversee Saudization and Nitaqat compliance.
• Renew commercial registrations, municipality licenses, civil defense certificates, and industrial permits.
• Resolve customs delays, labor disputes, regulatory violations, and other administrative hurdles.
• Update executive leadership on changes to Saudi labor, commercial, and industrial regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 8 years of direct PRO or Government Relations Officer experience in a major manufacturing, retail, or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Madad, Balady, and Saber government portals.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Native Arabic fluency and professional written and spoken English.
• Valid Saudi driving license and personal vehicle for daily visits to government agencies.
• Permanent residence in Jeddah with familiarity with local government branch offices.
