Key Responsibilities
- Support public relations and communication initiatives aligned with the school’s vision.
- Prepare announcements, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Act as a contact point for parent inquiries and communication follow-ups.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication and parent support.
- Support Marketing and Admissions teams when required.
- Build positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Support parent engagement and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain communication records and prepare reports when required.
- Ensure communication activities comply with school policies and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within an educational environment.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
