Overview
Human Resources (60%) - Government Relations & HR Operations
· Manage end-to-end government relations and immigration processes for employees
· Apply for and monitor visa quotas in line with business requirements
· Process MOHRE and GDRFA (in house transactions), including Work permit applications and cancellations, Insurance pool management on MOHRE portal
· Handle GDRFA & DMCC transactions, including e-Visa applications, Change of status, Visa cancellations
· Typing & processing visa medicals, visa stamping, and Emirates ID processes, including Typing of applications, Biometrics scheduling for new registrations
· Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer Centre and ICP for resolving visa and immigration-related matters
· Monitor and track visa and work permit expiries and renewals to ensure timely action
· Register and follow up on MOHRE complaints, where required
· Manage GPSSA registration and de-registration processes for UAE National employees in compliance with regulatory requirements
· Handle absconding cases and other ad hoc immigration-related matters in coordination with relevant government authorities
· Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable immigration regulations
· Monitor and ensure all applications and processes are completed within stipulated timelines to avoid fines or penalties
· Maintain adequate balances across all relevant government portals and liaise with the Finance team for timely fund transfers
· Submit petty cash claims with all supporting documentation and receipts to the Finance team in line with internal policies
Legal (30%)
· Liaise with external legal consultants on contracts, disputes, and compliance matters
· Support in monitoring regulatory changes and ensure company adherence to UAE laws
· Assist in handling labour-related cases, documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities
· Maintain proper documentation and records for all legal and compliance matters
· Ensure timely renewal of all compliance-related registrations, approvals, and licenses
Company Documentation & Administration (COO Office Support)
· Manage and track renewals of IEX & Immersive Experience trade license, including DMCC, permits, and company registrations
· Coordinate utilities and government-linked services, including: DEWA, Ejari , Tenancy contracts, DMCC office lease renewal
· Maintain a centralized tracker for all company documents, ensuring timely renewals and compliance
· Support administrative coordination related to regulatory and operational requirements
