Overview

The role ensures competitive compensation practices, effective benefits administration, performance management, talent development, and employee retention strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment activities when required.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure smooth employee integration into the organization.

& Benefits

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis.
  • Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processes.
  • Ensure payroll inputs related to compensation changes are accurate and timely.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, renewals, and employee queries.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and insurance companies.
  • Handles inquiries from all staff members.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Assist/participate in HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and compensation regulations.
  • Support line manager on HR projects and Initiatives.
  • Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by the line manager.

Talent Management

  • Maintains compliance with labour laws and regulations and ensures employee documents are in place.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes, Coordinate talent review and succession planning activities.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs.
  • Monitor employee development plans and career progression programs.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Track and analyze talent management metrics and reports.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance and development matters.
  • Participate in workforce planning and talent development projects.
